Downunda Aquatic Environments has a proven process for designing and building pools.

Our initial client interview will determine lifestyle, preferences and desires. Our inspection of the property will determine the palette we have to work from.

Back in our office we can then turn on the creativity. Combining artistry with science and our unique expertise, we prepare a unique design for the client. Depending on the application we may draw the design by hand or utilize the latest architectural software to render a 3D perspective. Unlike the cookie-cutter pool companies, we can go beyond the pool and spa, and develop the complete relaxation environment including landscaping and structures such as cabanas and outdoor kitchens. A detailed proposal is prepared for the client so that each component of the presentation is clearly understood.

Downunda Aquatic Environments will then present the drawing and proposal to the client, usually at their home, and discuss everything. Options and alternatives are discussed and the construction details are reviewed.
